Inquiries and studies

Where should I start?

Describe the kitchen defects and attach the contract, sketch, photographs and any available records.

Is a site visit needed?

Whether documents alone allow an answer is determined after assessing the task; some questions require inspection.

Can you assess it from photographs?

Photographs help assess the task initially, but do not replace measurements and direct inspection when these are needed.

What should I do before inspection?

Preserve the disputed components' condition and the documentation; avoid repairs where possible.

Can fronts be examined separately?

Yes. Components and questions are agreed for each order.

Do you examine countertops?

Yes. Visible defects, joints and condition can be included in the assignment.

Can installation be checked?

Yes, within accessible components and the agreed questions.

Do you examine electrical appliances?

Electrical work requires a separate agreement and a relevant specialist.

Must cabinets be dismantled?

Disassembly or other alteration of the object is allowed only after a separate agreement.

Can the kitchen be compared with the design?

Yes, if the design version and information on agreed changes are available.

Do you prepare report reviews?

Yes. Send the complete report with appendices and the source materials.

How much does it cost?

Website prices are indicative; cost depends on the assignment and site visit.

In what form is the result delivered?

The paper or electronic format is agreed in the Order Invoice.

May I include the address in my inquiry?

Yes, to discuss inspection feasibility; exact site visit conditions are agreed separately.

How long is an enquiry retained without a contract?

No more than 90 days from the last substantive message or conversation, unless another basis applies.

Are newsletters or analytics required?

No. They are arranged separately and are not required to make an inquiry.
