Useful information

What to prepare for inspection

Contract, sketch, specification, records, photographs and correspondence.

For the first enquiry

  • Contract, sketch, design project and specification.
  • Acceptance, delivery and installation records.
  • Payment documents and warranty terms.
  • Overview photos of the kitchen and close-ups of defects.
  • Correspondence on agreed changes and claims.
  • The seller's or specialist's report — for review.

Before the inspection

Where possible, do not repair or dismantle the disputed components. Arrange access to the kitchen and documents. Photographs should show both the overview and details. It is recommended to obscure unnecessary personal data of other persons in the files.
