Useful information

Opinion and court documents

How to agree on the form of the result, questions and materials for a kitchen dispute.

What to prepare

  • The contract, sketch, specification and records of agreed changes.
  • Delivery, installation and acceptance records.
  • Photographs, videos, correspondence and the claim letter.
  • Information on the kitchen's condition before and after repair.
  • Questions and previously prepared reports.
  • Inspection address, time frame and authority of the person receiving the result.

Type of result

A specialist opinion, inspection record and report review differ in content. They do not in themselves constitute a court-appointed expert examination. The document type and delivery method are set by the Invoice-Order.
