The kitchen does not match the design

What to do if the kitchen differs from the sketch, specification, contract, measurement sheet or agreed materials.

What to compare

The installed kitchen is compared with what was agreed: the contract, specification, sketch, design, measurement sheet, colour, texture, materials and hardware.

Inquiry

Send photos of the kitchen, the contract, sketch and a description of the defects

You can send photographs, videos, the contract, specification, sketch, measurement sheet, correspondence with the manufacturer, acceptance record or an existing report for review.

  • defects in fronts, cabinet bodies, countertops and hardware;
  • assembly and installation errors;
  • nonconformity with the contract, sketch or design;
  • the quality of a made-to-order kitchen;
  • a specialist opinion or a report review.

Up to ten files of 10 MB each, 15 MB in total. Photos, videos, PDFs, documents and archives in supported formats. Agree separately on transferring larger materials.

How data is processed: Personal Data Processing Policy. Attach only the materials needed; where possible, conceal unnecessary data about other people.

Before inspection, it is preferable to leave defects unrepaired, keep the hardware unchanged and retain the kitchen order documents.

Attachments: up to 10 files of up to 10 MB each, with a maximum combined size of 15 MB. If a file is rejected, the enquiry is not sent.
